My name is Alexander and I am an entrepreneur. For as long as I can remember, I always wanted to do business, create my own business, generate ideas, look for like-minded people, form a team.

Of course, it was a long and gradual process, accompanied by both successes and failures. But as for me, there are no successes without failures, and a business that has not gone through crises cannot be reliable. It's a "make-believe" game, like a round of monopoly, where the money is printed paper and your investment portfolio is just cardboard or plastic cards.

In the search for the identity of myself and my business, I went through several stages: the generation of meaning and purpose for myself, the selection of partners and the search for meanings with them, the formation of a plan and polishing it (remember the crises, right?), And as a result of all stages - a stable team partners, associates and employees. A team where everyone is in their place, does what they have to, helps product development and moves towards common goals. Not because I'm a visionary, a genius, or a super planner from Tony Robbins' seminars. Not at all. All because I knew what I wanted to get as a result and went to this through trial, error and experimentation.
